Savills Studley announced a slate of new promotions within the company’s New York office.
Announced during Savills Studley’s Annual Winter Trip in Prague, an incentive trip combined with a planning meeting of the firm’s top producing brokers, the firm recognized the accomplishments of its outstanding performers over the past year.
After an exceptional 2014, Jeffrey Peck and Will Silverman have been promoted to executive managing directors, and David DiPietro was promoted to senior managing director.
Ralph Cali, Lance Leighton and Gabe Marans were also recognized for their achievements throughout the past year. Ralph has been promoted to corporate managing director, while Lance and Gabe have been elevated to managing directors.
In addition, Savills Studley has promoted David Dwight and Christopher Foerch to associate directors, and John Harte and Jason Roberts to assistant directors.

EVO Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has named two commercial real estate experts – Robert Rosenberg, Esq. and Alyson Schmier – as senior real estate advisors.
Robert Rosenberg will focus on due diligence for investments and on commercial brokerage.
Rosenberg is an attorney who has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing negotiations, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties, and clients in commercial and retail acquisitions and sales.
He also is an experienced trial counsel who has argued before the New York civil, state and federal courts, the Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals.
A licensed real estate broker, he worked for three years as a construction project manager at Marlboro Group International.
He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
Alyson Schmier will work with clients to create custom-tailored real estate solutions for owners and developers across Manhattan.
Schmier has more than a decade of experience in tenant representation, most recently as a vice president at Transwestern. Before joining Transwestern, she was an associate director at Studley.
Schmier holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Planning and Management from Cornell University.

The Greystone Bassuk Group, a real estate capital intermediary and financial advisor to major developers, announced that Drew Fletcher has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
In assuming greater responsibility in leading the business, Fletcher will continue to work in conjunction with
Richard Bassuk, the Chief Executive Officer of The Greystone Bassuk Group.
Prior to joining Greystone Bassuk Group, Fletcher served as Chief Financial Officer at Edison Properties.
He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Communications from Wake Forest University, an MBA from New York University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Rutgers University.

Kuafu Properties announced the appointment of Stephen Muller as Chief Investment Officer.
In addition to providing financial and capital advisory services, Muller will focus on significant new acquisition opportunities and developing strategic partnerships for Kuafu, a New York City-based, full-service development and investment management platform bridging Chinese capital with prominent U.S. real estate projects.
For the past 15 years, Muller has been responsible for directing and overseeing real estate investments worth over $20 billion in virtually every sector of the real estate industry.
In his position as CIO, he is responsible for the company’s investment activities, investment management, the origination of new investment opportunities and the firm’s financing activities across all business platforms.
Muller joins Kuafu from The Greenwich Group International, where he served as a Managing Director in their Investment Banking division.
During his 10 years there, Muller was responsible for $5 billion worth of investment sales, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, as well as management and consulting assignments for the firm’s principal activities as well as for its clients.
Prior to The Greenwich Group, Muller held numerous positions in the large-loan CMBS lending units at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
Before entering commercial real estate, he was an analyst in the fixed-income currency and commodities group at Goldman Sachs & Co.
Muller holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.

Colliers International has further expanded its New York City operations with the addition of Frank Lynch as Managing Director.
In his new role, Lynch will be responsible for the office’s business development activity, implementation of Colliers’ strategic platform, property operations, and delivery of third party management services for properties in New York City.
Prior to joining Colliers, Lynch was Senior Property Manager at Tishman Speyer Properties.Previously Lynch was Portfolio Manager at Trinity Real Estate.
Lynch received a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York at Maritime College. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA).

The New York office of Cresa announced that Vincent Tuminelli, an accomplished real estate executive with extensive work in tenant representation, has joined the firm as Principal.
At Cresa New York, Tuminelli will be focusing on corporate services across North America and tenant representation services locally.
Tuminelli comes to Cresa New York from Colliers International Group, where he was Executive Managing Director, working mainly in tenant representation, brokering deals for several large corporations across North America.
Prior to Colliers International Group, Tuminelli built his career at CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Studley.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Finance. He also is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant in the State of New York.

Richard C. Nurse has joined Matthew Adam Properties, Inc., as a Senior Asset Manager, Ira Meister, president and CEO, announced.
Nurse will oversee the rental properties in the Matthew Adam portfolio.
He has extensive experience in residential leasing, marketing and management having supervised initial leasing activity in several luxury and LEED-certified high-end properties.
Nurse received a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Rutgers University, Graduate School of Management.
He also studied at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Tours, France.

Michael Lear has been named Vice President – Community Investments at Community Development Trust (CDT).
Lear works on CDT’s equity program nationwide, with a specific focus on affordable housing preservation in the New York City area.
He has been with CDT since 2011 with experience in both the Asset Management and Community Investment departments. He has spent his entire career in the field of affordable housing policy, development, and finance.
Prior to joining CDT, Lear served as Deputy Director of Housing Policy Research at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
He holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from NYU Wagner and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
He is currently an Assistant Adjunct Professor at NYU Wagner, where he teaches Real Estate Finance.
As the Vice President – Community Investments, Michael will be responsible for continuing to grow CDT’s equity acquisitions program, which provides equity capital to affordable housing operators for the purpose of acquiring and preserving affordable housing properties.
He will continue to work on transactions nationwide, with a specific focus on New York City area acquisitions.

RAM Real Estate Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm, announced the hire of Matt Matteson as vice president.
Matteson joins RAM from Toll Brothers where he was an Assistant Vice President.
At Toll Brothers, Matteson oversaw two residential communities that totaled over 1,000 units. Previously, he worked for Liberty Street Real Estate Group, a Lehman Brothers affiliate, where he managed a $2.5 billon property value portfolio, and for regional home building firm Brentwood Homes.
Matteson holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management, and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate, both from Cornell University.

Billy Long has joined Concierge Auctions to lead its new Land & Ranch Division.
With more than 24 years of real estate experience and more than $400 million in ranch property sales under his belt, Long will lead an area of Concierge’s business that has continued to grow exponentially since the company was founded in 2008.
Long is the founding partner and co-owner of Ranch Marketing Associates (RMA), a full-service brokerage firm specializing in ranch and recreation properties.
A third generation cattle rancher, Long was born in the Kansas hill country and moved to Colorado with his family as a young boy.
He eventually made his way to Beverly Hills, CA, where he launched his real estate career as director of ranches for an entertainment-based real estate firm.
He later was instrumental in forming Mason & Morse Ranch Company in Aspen, which also specializes in ranch sales, before co-founding RMA in 2002.

Anthony M. Montalto. Since joining the firm in 2002, Montalto has served as a project manager on numerous laboratory, critical facility (data center) and commercial office-use projects.
Over the past few years he has focused on academic projects, specifically in the laboratory research sector, and his clients in these fields have provided major breakthroughs in research and educational support for their respective campuses.
Montalto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering at Villanova University.
Philip F. Parisi, Jr. joined JB&B in May 2000 as a plumbing and fire protection engineer, and has served as the Director of the Plumbing and Fire Protection Department since 2012.
He has over 14 years of design experience focusing on plumbing, fire protection and water treatment. His career has encompassed a wide range of projects, including high-rise commercial office, residential and institutional projects. His design and planning work involves project management for the design of plumbing and fire protection systems, while his research concentrates on new technologies as well as the development of local and national plumbing and fire protection codes and reference standards.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University.
Brain T. Towers joined the firm’s Electrical Department in 2000 and has been involved as a project manager on numerous critical facility and commercial office-use projects.
His focus in recent years has been in the commercial office field space, specifically with out-of-the-ground high-rise commercial buildings. He is currently involved with multiple projects within the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project. In addition, he is also involved in multiple critical facility infrastructure projects in the New York metropolitan area as well as throughout the United States. Towers holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
