Warburg Realty is looking to open its first Brooklyn office in 2014, announced Frederick Warburg Peters, president of Warburg Realty.
The firm has also begun the redesign of its Tribeca office to accommodate a growing sales force.
“The company has had a terrific year, and we anticipate even better in 2014. We are particularly excited that half of our top ten agents are young people selling in the city’s non-traditional neighborhoods,” Peters stated at the firm’s recent company-wide quarterly meeting.
During the quarterly meeting, Peters also welcomed a number of new agents to the firm including Amber Cleary, Heather Mashburn, Stephen Ruben, Thomas Rozboril, Judy Bauer, Tatiana Petersen, Nicole Dreyfuss, Amy Fromer and Karen Kostiw
