Cushman & Wakefield announced that Vince LLC, a global retail company, has signed a long-term lease at 500 Fifth Avenue, across from Bryant Park.
The transaction brings the building to 96% occupancy.
Vince, founded in Los Angeles, Calif. in 2002, will occupy 33,000 s/f of office space on the entire 19th and 20th floors in the 59-story building.
