Elizabeth & Tracie Hamersley
Sisters Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley, along with three members of their team, have joined Douglas Elliman’s office at 774 Broadway in Greenwich Village.
The sisters, who made a name for themselves at Citi Habitats, will be joined by brokers Robert Falcone, Jason Lopez and Thuy Truong
Both Hamersley sisters, who have worked together since 2004, said that the change was at least partially prompted by Douglas Elliman’s presence in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area.
“With the incredible synergy between the New York and South Florida markets, it is a perfect time to make this move,” said Tracie Hamersley who has a licence in both New York and Florida, her home state.
“What Douglas Elliman has done is truly visionary; it offers me the unique opportunity to conduct business in both NYC and Miami.”
“By tapping into Douglas Elliman’s powerful presence, we will be able to grow our business exponentially,” added Elizabeth, who has worked alongside her sister since 2004.
