• $31,250,000 was secured by a residential garden style apartment community in Newburgh, New York consisting of one club house building and 12 two story residential apartment buildings. The firm represented a partnership between The Fidelco Group and Diversified Realty Advisors for the transaction which was financed by AIG.
• A $7,000,000 loan that was secured by a 252,000 square foot former manufacturing facility in Totowa, New Jersey which will be converted into a 383,000 square foot single tenant warehouse distribution facility. The property was financed by Provident Bank with G.S. Wilcox & Co. representing the Hampshire Companies.
• $5,850,000 in financing for an office call center facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The company represented J.G. Petrucci Co. with Thrivent Financial providing financing.
