TRANSACTIONS

Meridian Capital announced the following transactions:

• New mortgages totaling $4,900,000 were placed by Meridian on three multifamily properties composed of 74 units located on Park Terrace East and Cooper Street in New York and 196th Street in the Bronx, NY. The loans feature rates of 2.75% and five-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Avi Weinstock and Josh Rhine.
• New mortgages totaling $11,200,000 on two five-story multifamily properties composed of 125 units located on Marble Hill Avenue in New York and Grand Concourse Avenue in the Bronx, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.00% and five-year terms. Michael Kesselman negotiated these transactions.

• New mortgages of $8,775,000 were placed on two multifamily properties composed of 85 units located on Grand Avenue and Decatur Avenue in the Bronx, NY. The loans feature rates of 3.00% and three-year terms. These transactions were negotiated by Marvin Jeremias.

• A new mortgage in the amount of $4,000,000 on a six-story, 70-unit multifamily property located on Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 2.94% and a five-year term. Avi Weinstock and Josh Rhine negotiated this transaction.

• A new mortgage of $2,800,000 was placed on a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use property located on Orchard Street in New York, NY. The loan features a rate of 2.88% and a five-year term. This transaction was negotiated by Scott Assouline and Jacob Nefoussi.
• A new mortgage in the amount of $2,610,000 on a four-story, 30-unit multifamily property located on East 92nd Street in Brooklyn, NY. The loan features a rate of 3.00% and a five-year term. Morris Diamant and Tzvi Krieger negotiated this transaction.

• Michael Volpe arranged a permanent mortgage in the amount of $8,500,000 for a 7 unit residential apartment building with a ground floor, major retail tenant. The property is located on Austin Street in Forest Hills.
