Adams & Co. announced that In Mocean Group, LLC, a North American swimwear manufacturing company, has signed a 11,362 s/f, long-term lease at 463 Seventh Avenue.
The tenant already has a presence in the building and this new lease will bring its total space to 59,095 s/f.
“They needed more space,” said Adams & Co.’s David Levy. “They have a long-term commitment to the building and it made perfect sense for them to expand within the building their [headquarters] are already in.”
Levy represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC in the transaction.
Located on Seventh Avenue between 35th and 36th Streets, 463 Seventh Avenue is a 22-story building built in 1925 that sits in the northeast corner of 35th street. It features a new obby, state of the art Kastle Security System, modernized elevators with destination dispatch technology, and a fully managed cooling system.
