As the exclusive leasing agent for ownership at Overlook Corporate Center, Colliers International has arranged a long-term, 25,000 s/flease for supply chain management solutions company SPS Commerce at 150 Clove Road in Little Falls, New Jersey.
The new transaction aligns with ownership’s ongoing multimillion-dollar, amenity-rich enhancement initiative at the 415,000 s/f, Class-A office building, which is set for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
SPS Commerce, a Minneapolis-based global retail supply chain network and provider of cloud-based solutions and analytics, will relocate its New Jersey operations from Parsippany to Overlook Corporate Center’s fourth floor in February 2016, pending build out of the space.
