Stellar Management has reached a leasing milestone at its newly repositioned commercial property in SoHo, leasing over 16,000 s/f at 123 Lafayette Street.
The firm announced that Love Hate Social Club has signed a 10-year lease for 1,356 s/f of ground floor retail space.
Additionally, with nearly 15,000 s/f of office space leased in the past 12 months, the 21,916 s/f building only has one more vacant floor available.
“123 Lafayette Street has surpassed our expectations since acquisition,” said Adam Roman, Stellar Management’s Chief Operating Officer.
“Following our repositioning of the building and based on current leasing velocity, we’re confident that our final available floor will lease quickly.”
Love Hate Social Club (formerly Wooster Street Social Club) – a high end tattoo parlor which was featured on TLC’s reality show NY INK – relocated to the property from its space on Wooster Street.
The Club is one of several new tenants that Stellar Management has welcomed in the past year, including Into the Gloss (ITG) – a popular beauty blog – and Glossier – a modern beauty brand and the product arm of ITG.
ITG first took the 1,846 s/f penthouse floor and later expanded to the entire third floor. Mission Media signed a lease for 4,354 s/f to occupy the entire fourth floor.
Into the Gloss/Glossier was represented by Michael Schoen, Caroline O’Connell, and Brian Neugeboren of Savitt Partners and Mission Media was represented by Dennis Someck and Justin Myers of Lee & Associates. Ellee Kim of Stellar Management represented ownership in these office transactions. Taryn Talmadge of RKF represented Love Hate Social Club, while Andrew Stern of RKF represented ownership in this retail transaction.
