Hamptons brokerage, Saunders & Associates, has opened an office in East Hampton. Developed and designed by Andrew and Colleen Saunders, the decision to open an East Hampton space was inspired by the growing portfolio of Saunders-represented properties.
“Saunders & Associates was launched in 2008 in the midst of the global financial crisis and has risen to become the largest locally-owned brokerage firm in the Hamptons,ˮ said Andrew Saunders, president and founder of the firm.
“In 2014, we were involved in 40% of all transactions from Southampton to Montauk and now exclusively represent $1.6 billion of Hamptons real estate.ˮ
the company now has 168 agents at offices in Southampton Village, Bridgehampton and now in East Hampton.
The new office will house 55 agents in 5,200 s/f of “client-focusedˮ space. There will be in-house marketing and administrative teams and agents based in East Hampton will continue to serve the entire Hamptons community.
