Douglas Elliman New Development division will launch sales at The Leonard next month.
The conversion of the former is launching next month.Located at 101 Leonard Street the former office building has been converted by Bizzi & Partners, developer of The Setai at 400 Fifth Avenue. It offers a collection of 66 one-, two-, three-bedrooms and penthouse loft spaces.
The pre-war building has a solid brick and limestone façade. Apartments have ceilings ranging from 10.5 to 18 ft.
Amenities include a full-time concierge/doorman, roof deck, fitness center, children’s playroom and cold storage.
