Douglas Elliman’s Howard Lorber and Ziel Feldman and Nir Meir of HFZ Capital Group launched sales at 11 East 68th Street with a cocktail party for friends and brokers at the nearby Harold Pratt House. Hors d’oeuvres and champagne were served along with a specially commissioned model of the building made out of chocolate cake.
Also known as The Marquand, 11 East 68th St is celebrating its 100th birthday. Named after Henry Marquand, one of the founders of the Metropolitan Museum, the building has grand residences of 4 and 5 bedrooms and has been completely updated and redesigned for modern luxury living by the noted architect, Lee Mindel.
