“Bleecker Street in the West Village is one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. The vacancies on Bleecker Street started pre-pandemic but even in the toughest times the team saw activity growing. Since the beginning of the year, we completed seven deals both in representing landlords and tenants. We have a few more in the works right now as well” said Richard Skulnik, Vice Chairman RIPCO.
“The combination of the small boutique-sized storefronts, the affluent and creative residential population and a bit of tourism foot traffic makes for a great retail corridor. We expect more growth in this market if spaces become available.”
