RFR Realty announced that Winton Capital, a UK-based global investment management firm, has signed a 4,100 s/f lease at 375 Park Avenue, also known as the Seagram Building.
Winton Capital will move into finished space on the 36th floor, which was offered as part of RFR’s Limited Edition Prebuilt Collection.
Steve Morrows, executive vice president and director of leasing at RFR, represented the landlord. The tenant was represented in lease negotiations by Donald Direnzo, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield.
Winton Capital’s lease follows the recent 17,500 s/f lease renewal by Arden Asset Management.
