Douglas Elliman Real Estate is expanding its rental division.
“Our rental division has always been strong, and as the company continues to grow, we need to enhance and expand our infrastructure to support all of our markets so our renters get the same level of exceptional service from Beverly Hills to Broadway,” said Douglas Elliman CEO Dottie Herman.
The brokerages has appointed former Citi Habitats relocation managing director Luciane Serifovic to further develop the leasing and marketing efforts within the division and oversee landlord services and agent training.
Serifovic was responsible for running Citi Habitats’ top-producing office from 2003, and was consistently ranked in the top 20 percent highest producing offices nationwide at her former brokerage.
Mark Menendez is to co-manage — along with Amy Kane — the newly formed TriBeCa sales Gallery, which combines both the 90 Hudson and 4 Leonard Street Offices, to focus on the Downtown markets.
