An interactive panel discussion about the changing Lower East Side market took place at the Blue Condominium building. Panelists included Jacky Teptlizky, a broker at Douglas Elliman and leader of the Jacky Teplitzky team; David Amirian, president and founder of The Amirian Group; and Eric Ferrara, founder of The Lower East Side History Project. The LES experts provided insight into the neighborhood’s rich history and its rapid transformation into a sought-after area for young professionals and new development. Nearly 50 guests gathered in apartment 12B, listed with the Jacky Teplitzky team, to enjoy the discussion and sip on cocktails.
