Independently-owned Irmat Pharmacy has signed a 16-year lease renewal at 2 Park Avenue, announced Arnold Gamberg, executive vice president of EVO Real Estate Group, who represented the tenant.

Irmat, which first moved into the property in 1986, occupies 2,150 s/f for its retail services. The firm also occupies office space in the property.

“Irmat is known for its friendly, personal service and upscale atmosphere,” said Gamberg. “There will always be a demand for this type of concierge offering, as is reflected in this long-term renewal.”

The landlord’s retail leasing representative, Alisa Amsterdam, director of retail leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, describes Irmat as “a great service amenity for the top-tier tenancy that occupies the one-million-square-foot, Class-A office building.”
