Newmark Holdings announced that Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects renewed its lease for 11,100 s/f at 322 Eighth Avenue, while Young Women’s Leadership Network (YWLN) renewed its 7,000 s/f lease and expanded for another 4,100 s/f.
Allen Gurevich represented Newmark Holdings. Michael McKenna of Cresa New York acted on behalf of Pelli Clarke Pelli and Brian Dooley of CBRE, along with Alan Grossman of ARG Realty Consultants, represented YWLN.
Newmark Holdings recently completed a $4 million capital improvement program to redesign the façade of the first two stories of the building, which resulted in a cohesive glass storefront.
The building houses tenants as JUICE Pharma Worldwide, The Nature Conservancy and Kliment Halsband Architects.
