JLL has completed two leases totaling 32,293 square feet on behalf of Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) at 452 Fifth Ave., the 30-story trophy glass tower located steps from Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan.
The pharmaceutical corporation, Novartis, has leased the entire 15,865-square-foot 12th floor for its first New York City office. Alternative investment firm, HBK Capital Management, has leased the entire 16,428-square-foot 22nd floor in a relocation from 1 Bryant Park.
A JLL leasing team led by vice chairman Paul Glickman, executive managing director Ben Bass, vice president Kristen Morgan and associate Kate Roush serves as exclusive agent for 452 Fifth Ave. Novartis, Inc. was represented by CBRE’s David Stockel and Christopher Menard. HBK was represented by Silvio Petrillo and Tamika Kramer, also of CBRE.
