ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC has completed a six-year lease at 118 East 57th Street, located between Park Avenue and Lexington, with Oro Gold Cosmetics.
The 24 Karat Gold, customized anti-aging cosmetics line company will occupy 2,000 s/fat the building.
Alan S. Cohen, Mark Tergesen and Dean Valentino of ABS Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Douglas Elliman represented Oro Gold Cosmetics.
The building is situated in a prominent neighborhood that offers access to strong pedestrian traffic and is well known for its high-quality base of top fashion retailers and restaurants.
As a result of its strategic location, including proximity to the subway, 118 East 57th Street has become a premier destination for world-class, high-end brands.
The ground-floor level that Oro Gold Cosmetics will occupy features a split-level rear area with a skylight that will allow the company to showcase its products. Previously H. Herzfeld, a men’s custom clothing store, occupied the space.
The building’s third floor is currently available for office or walk-up retail use.
