Helena Loelius and Trista Ricciardelli at Sitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide announced that Nordstrom Rack will be arriving in The Crossroads at Eatontown in Eatontown, New Jersey.
The opening is scheduled for Fall of 2015. Nordstrom Rack will occupy 35,500s/f at the center. The deal comes following a major upgrade by center owners, LGR Associates.
Located across from the main entrance of the Monmouth Mall, the Nordstrom Rack store will join tenants such as Macy’s Furniture and Fortunoff Backyard in the 105,735 s/f center.
Loelius and Ricciardelli are LGR Associates’ leasing representatives at the Eatontown location. Jeffrey Howard of Ripco Real Estate Corp, represented the tenant.
