Milvado Property Group announced that Newsday has renewed its 38,600 s/f lease at 360 Smith Street in Farmingdale, Long Island, where it has resided for 20 years,
Frank Pagano of Avison Young represented Newsday, while the landlord was represented in-house.
360 Smith Street is a 60,000 s/f multi-tenanted property offering direct access to the Long Island expressway.
“We are delighted to maintain our long standing relationship with Newsday,” said David Hercman, director of asset management for Milvado.
