BLVD Wine Bar has opened its doors at TF Cornerstone’s 4720 Center Boulevard in Long Island City (LIC), Queens.
The new concept, featuring a “wine on tap” system and approximately 40 different wines from across the world, leased a 1,500 s/f retail space at the base of the developer’s modern residential building on the LIC waterfront.
“The owners of BLVD Wine Bar have been involved in our community for years and know our neighborhood and residents well,” said Steve Gonzalez, Director of Retail Leasing for TF Cornerstone.
