New Street Realty Advisors has brought the Brooklyn Cares Veterinary Hospital (BCVH) to Manhattan.

The company announced that (BCVH) will occupy 1,000 s/f on the ground floor and 3,575 s/f on the lower levelat 500 West 42nd Street, New York.
Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler, and Matthew Gorman at New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of BCVH.
The new location will be BCVH’s first Manhattan outpost, having operated a very popular veterinary clinic on Fulton Street in Brooklyn.
BCVH was attracted to this location because of its burgeoning residential population and limited competitors in the Clinton district of Manhattan, according to the brokers.
Aaron Gavios of Square Foot Realty acted on behalf of the landlord, Clinton Housing Development Company.
