Sales launch at 111 Murray
Development partners Fisher Brothers, Witkoff and New Valley announced that 111 Murray Street has launched sales.

With demolition of the former St. John’s University structure complete, groundbreaking for the 58-story structure is expected this month.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is overseeing sales and marketing, with director of sales Emily Sertic leading the team of top brokers Raphael De Niro, Darren Sukenik and Peter Zaitzeff.
Conceived in collaboration with four acclaimed design talents, Kohn Pedersen Foxʼs 111 Murray Street will house 157 residences designed by David Mann of MR Architecture + Décor with amenity spaces and lobby by David Rockwell of Rockwell Group.
Edmund Hollander is creating the exterior landscape designs including a 10,000 s/f landscaped plaza.
Situated on the northeast corner of Murray and West Streets on a 31,000 s/f site, 111 Murray Street will have 157 apartments from one-bedrooms to full-floor penthouses priced between $2 million and over $17.5 million.
Pricing for the two full-floor penthouses has not yet been released.
The building will have a 24/7 concierge by Abigail Michaels. Adjacent to the lobby, a free-flowing series of social spaces offer residents places to relax and entertain within, including a patisserie, lounge and veranda, private dining room and garden, with a 15-foot tall water sculpture.

New look for grand dame
Leasing is underway at 245 East 80th Street, a recently renovated rental building on the Upper East Side.

Built in 1959, the 12-story building was originally designed by Architect William I. Hohauser. A&E Real Estate Holdings tapped architect and interior design firm Kinlin Rutherford to redesign the property.
The red brick building is comprised of 110 residences, the majority of which were redesigned to a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that range in size from 450 to 1,600 s/f. Monthly rents begin at $2,580 and go up to $9,740.
Occupancy within the building is immediate.
“There are still pockets in the Upper East Side that offer tremendous real estate value, like at 245 East 80th Street,” said David Maundrell, founder and president of aptsandlofts.com.

In addition to the apartment interiors, the common areas have been renovated and parts of the exterior upgraded, including a new entrance canopy.
Amenity offerings to include a garden terrace, a fitness center and a multipurpose room. There is also a 24/7 doorman and on-site superintendent.

Record pricing at River & Warren
Centurion Real Estate Partners and Five Mile Capital Partners, developers of the condominium residences at River & Warren in Battery Park City, announced that the project is 85 percent sold.
Since launching in December, 145 units have sold, achieving the highest average price per square foot in the history of Battery Park City.
Additionally one of only two penthouses at River & Warren recently went into
contact achieving the second highest price for a single unit in the neighborhood.

540West in Hell’s Kitchen has begun closings, according to Halstead Property Development Marketing.
Located on a block thru site between 10th and 11th Avenues, 540West currently is 95 percent sold.

Remaining residences include one to two bedroom penthouses priced from $1,175,000 – $3,575,000. The spectacular penthouses feature private roof terraces.

DUMBO homes a hot commodity
Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate, co-developers of 51 Jay Street in DUMBO, dannounce that they have reached more than 50 percent sold at the development in less than five months.
