EXR Group has brokered a retail lease with a barbershop.
Juan Ramos will open his shop at 468 Bushwick Avenue in a 744 s/f space. the asking rent was $2,200 per month, or $45 psf.
The owner, Direct Building Management was represented by Eliot Markell of EXR Group
