Modern Spaces recently hosted a barbecue celebration to unveil a newly designed model home showcasing unit 103 which features three-bedroom homes and 975-square-foot yard starting at $1,975,000. The model home was carefully designed by TF Cornerstone’s Director of Market Research Scott Walsh. Brokers, residents and potential residents from the New York City area gathered to enjoy striking views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from the yard of the model home in the luxury building.
Over 70 guests attended the event and were treated to a summer-inspired menu including mini sliders, hot dogs and chicken skewers as well as specialty cocktails by Maia Pearl Catering. Guest toured The View’s model homes and enjoyed background music.
