Advance Realty announced a unique leasing opportunity at One Gateway Center, its state-of-the-art office tower in downtown Newark, N.J.
For the first time, the building’s high-capacity microwave tower, offering impossible-to-duplicate, large-radius “boomer” radio coverage that includes all of Manhattan, is available for lease.
The tower was originally constructed by ITT-USTS as their NY Metro junction for their national long haul microwave network serving manhattan and New Jersey terminal sites with capacity for 10-12 large diameter high performance dishes.

It is also well suited to wide area mobile communications along with special Homeland Security and EMS service.
The tower will be available with all current antennas removed by August 1, 2012.
The 26-story, 466,919 s/f One Gateway Center has a fully enclosed direct skywalk connection to Newark’s Penn Station. There is an on-site 250-Room Hilton Hotel and Conference Center and the complex also features a 30,000 s/f retail concourse.
In 2010, the building received “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) recognition from the Building Owners and Managers Association or the second time.
