Bradley Diamond, Managing Director, and Mandy Cantor, Director, of Lee & Associates BQLI have been awarded the exclusive agency for more 36,000 s/f of retail space, including over 22,000 s/f at grade level and 82 feet of frontage at 164-02, 164-04 and 164-08 Jamaica Avenue, between 164th and 165th Streets.

The multi-level property is currently divided into three stores and changes to that configuration will be considered. Moreover, the property may be expanded to 66,000 square feet.

“We are marketing a real ‘ground floor’ opportunity with tremendous buildable potential,” said Cantor. “Moreover, this is the best section of Jamaica Avenue, highlighted by a concentration of national brands and anchored by a major retail center nearby.”

Retail businesses in the immediate area include Children’s Place, Home Depot, Old Navy, Modell’s GAP, Skechers, Nine West, Raymour & Flanigan, Planet Fitness, Blink, Sprint. Burlington Coat Factory is joining the retail mix in 2017.
Added Diamond, “There is already a strong consumer base here and with the advent of several new major hotel and mixed-use retail projects, it will continue to grow.”
