The CPEX Industrial Leasing Team announced the completion of a lease transaction at 526 Baltic Street, Brooklyn. The property consists of two adjacent tax lots totaling approximately 12,500 s/f. The site features a one-story warehouse space with 20-foot high ceilings. CPEX’s Industrial Leasing Team, consisting of associate director Jacob Tzfanya and associate Alec Miller, represented the landlord in negotiating the ten-year lease with the incoming tenant. The new user, Court 16, will use the space as a sports and recreation facility.

Property Resources Corporation has expanded its space at Ten Bank Street in White Plains. A Ten Bank Street tenant since 2002, Property Resources has leased an
additional 1,737 s/f on the fifth floor, bringing its total occupancy to 5,894 s/f. Malkin Construction will immediately begin working on the expansion space. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building, represented the tenant along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. The tenant was represented by Patricia Valenti of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

NAI Long Island has arranged the relocation of Professional Gynecological Services, LLC, which will occupy 10,000 s/f of medical office space at 12-14 DeKalb Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Damon Lazar, who has rejoined NAI Long Island after serving as a principal at The New York Center for Specialty Surgery, secured the location on behalf of the tenant.
