Faros Properties, LLC, announced the signing of a long term lease by OHL Infrastructure for 3,200 s/f at the International Corporate Center of Rye, at 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue. The lease marks the 12th signing since Faros acquired and fully-renovated the 170,000 s/f three-story office building in 2011. Madrid, Spain-base OHL Concesiones is a strategic player in the promotion of transport infrastructure. OHL Concesiones will open its first U.S. location at Rye to provide a home base for a recently established infrastructure division. Alexander Leventhal, managing martner, Faros Properties, made the announcement. The lease was brokered by Greg Frisoli and Larry Ruggieri, both managing directors at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Handler Real Estate Organization arranged a five-year, 3,433 s/f lease at 37 West 20th Street on behalf of Woodbolt International.Based in Bryan, TX, Woodbolt is a developer and marketer of nutritional products. Rosanne Lucarelli of Handler represented the tenant in the transaction. Daniel Breiman, of Olmstead Properties, represented the landlord in-house.

Trust and estate attorneys Richard J. Bowler and Magdalen Gaynor have leased new office space at Ten Bank Street in White Plains, N.Y. With that lease approaching expiration, Bowler and Gaynor decided to combine resources and house their practices within a 3,279 s/f unit located on the sixth floor. The new lease, which is scheduled to run through 2021, calls for the tenants to relocate within the building this coming October. Jeffrey H. Newman, of Malkin Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building, represented the landlord along with Kimberly Zaccagnino and Tara Long. Bowler and Gaynor were represented by Craig S. Ruoff of Rakow Commercial Realty Group, Inc.

Technicolor Creative Services USA, Inc., the U.S. division of global media and entertainment firm Technicolor, has leased office space at Two Trees Commercial’s 20 Jay Street in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, where the firm will launch its visual networking division, Group Neon. The start-up will occupy 2,527 s/f. Caroline Thebaud Pardo, director of leasing at Two Trees Commercial, represented the landlord. Daniel Katcher of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced its completed 160,000 s/f in new lease transactions at 1000 Jefferson Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a 195,000 s/f industrial building. Vice President Jordan Metz represented the landlord, Templer Associates Inc., and leased 38,000 s/f to I&L Distribution; 52,000 s/f to McGinley Transportation Services; and 70,000 s/ to Duro Standard Products. Metz closed the three leases within three weeks in May, bringing the property to fully-leased status. The owner/landlord occupies the balance of the space. Metz and David Posner of BRC represented both tenants, I&L and McGinley, while Barry Cohorsky and Russel Verducci of NAI Hansen represented Duro in the respective transactions. 1000 Jefferson Avenue sits on 6 acres, has 75 parking spaces, and 25 tailboards The property is minutes to Exit 13A of the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1&9, and Port Elizabeth/Newark and Newark Liberty International Airport.
