Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) arranged a 26,223 s/f lease for Family Direct Trading, a 99-cent wholesaler, at 10 Woodward Avenue in the Ridgewood section of Queens.
Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates broker Linda Wong represented the tenant and the landlord, Woodward Avenue Realty LLC.
The tenant is relocating to the brand new warehouse at 10 Woodward Avenue from a 15,000 s/f space in Bushwick, which was recently sold.
