United Realty, a sponsor of commercial real estate alternative investment programs that includes the $1 billion United Realty Trust, has relocated its corporate headquarters to a full floor at 60 Broad Street, a Class A office tower located in the center of New York City’s Financial District.
Totaling 12,118 s/f, the space underwent a full redesign and build-out to accommodate United Realty’s continued growth and aggressive product expansion strategy.
“The new offices will help United Realty meet our goal of providing the absolute best product offerings and service to our customers,” said Jacob Frydman, chairman and CEO of United Realty.
“United Realty’s new headquarters are designed to promote collaboration across our business groups and to foster an innovative, forward-looking culture necessary to achieve maximum investor return.”
The new space features executive office suites for the senior management team as well as collaborative workspaces for the company’s marketing, wholesaling, accounting, acquisitions and asset management teams.
“60 Broad Street represents a sea change in the office culture of United Realty,” said Alex Libin, vice president of operations for United Realty. “The modern and sophisticated redesign maximizes space and light, and provides an efficient flow that enhances employee idea-sharing.”
