520 Park Avenue, the new luxury residential tower by Zeckendorf Development with Global Holdings and Park Sixty LLC, was officially launched with champagne and hors d’oeuvres on Wednesday, September 30, and Thursday, October 1, at the 520 Park Avenue Sales Gallery at 650 Madison Avenue. The 54-story limestone tower will be the tallest building on Manhattan’s historic Upper East Side. With only 33 residences in the 800-foot tall tower, the average unit price is valued at $38M. 520 Park Avenue was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, extending the successful collaboration which also includes Fifteen Central Park West, where the initial sellout value topped $2 billion.
