Last week, SL Green Realty Corp. and AECOM Tishman reached a major construction milestone at One Vanderbilt Avenue, erecting the first steel column at the future site of the state-of-the-art office skyscraper. One Vanderbilt will anchor the modernization of the East Midtown business district and stand as the second tallest tower in New York City.
