SL Green Realty Corp announced that IMG Worldwide, an international leader in sports, events, media and fashion operating in more than 25 countries, has leased the entire 10th floor covering 18,045 s/f at 304 Park Avenue South.
This is IMG’s third expansion within the building over the past two years and increases its total commitment to 112,623 s/f.
CBRE’s Michael Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Christopher Mansfield and Brian Dooley represented IMG Worldwide in the transaction. Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen acted on behalf of SL Green.
