The International Council of Shopping Centers expects a final count of around 10,000 retail players who registered for this year’s New York Deal Making Conference held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center December 10 – 12.
The three-day show offered a Professional Development Day and bolstered its programming with numerous panel discussions and a food hall that was voted a big hit.
Tech Connect featured tech innovators transforming the retail experience and a Health & Wellness Center was dedicated to the fast-growing tenant class that includes pharmacies, fitness and health care.
Retail in Focus showcased emerging brands and specialty retailers while Food & Fun provided a platform for dining and entertainment.
A keynote panel explored The Future of Experiential Retail with Tom McGee, President & CEO, ICSC, moderating a discussion with Tal Zvi Nathanel, CEO & Co-Founder, SHOWFIELDS and Zak Normandin, Founder & CEO, Iris Nova.
