Popular Mexican restaurant, Dos Toros Taqueria, has signed a lease for 2,100 s/f plus basement at 465 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.
This will be the expanding QSR’s seventh location in New York City, with their most recent outpost opening at Park Avenue and 23rd Street earlier this month.
As their exclusive agent, Adam Langer, of Zelnik & Company, represented Dos Toros on the deal. Brett Weinblatt, of Sol Goldman Investments, represented the Landlord in house.
“With the success of their other new York City locations, Midtown was a natural next step in Dos Toros’ expansion,” said Langer.
“The proximity to Grand Central Terminal, heavy pedestrian counts as well as a dense office market makes 465 Lexington a perfect fit”.
Previously home to Baja Fresh, Dos Toros Taqueria is slated to open early Spring.
