TOWN Residential brokers were hanging with former President Bill Clinton recently.
TOWN Ambassadors Anna Zarro, Ari LeFauve, Brandon Trentham, Dan Marrello, Ginger Brokaw, Jacqueline Pestana, Jason Karadus, Jimmy Brett, John Carapella, Shlomi Reuveni, Susan Green, clients and friends joined President Clinton and more than 1,000 VIPs for The Founders Dinner
The annual fundraiser raises money for the Philip Berley Pre-school of the Arts, a school run by the Chabad Center for Jewish Discovery.
Noting that “We have not one child that we can waste,” the former president praised the school as being “ahead of its time” as studies show that children who are exposed to arts at an early age excel in the long term.

Bohemia Realty Group has redefined the meaning of full service by pairing its clients with perfect pets to bring home to their new Harlem abodes.
Last fall, the boutique brokerage co-hosted its first Pet Adopt-athon, in partnership with The Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals and Bideawee, outside their offices at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd, between 113th and 114th Streets.
The event also featured face painting, on-site dog trainers, as well as free give-aways, and resulted in the adoption of four dogs and cats on the spot.
Thrilled with the rousing success of the event, Bohemia has already planned to sponsor four more Adop-athons this spring.
“We love people and animals,” said Sarah Saltzberg, co-founder of Bohemia Realty Group.
“It’s not unusual to see Tuesday the Pug saunter past the conference room in our pet friendly office. Upper Manhattan is a natural draw for people with animals, especially dogs, since there are so many parks.
“We have many pet-friendly apartments in our portfolio, and so naturally we enjoy finding homes for our clients and their deserving four-legged friends.”
Bohemia’s next pet adoption drive, will take place on Saturday, April 25, from noon to 4 p.m.
More information about the event and pet adoption is available at www.animalalliancenyc.org.
