Michael Paul Enterprises, a leading full service real estate investment and development firm, will host a pizza open house at Carl Schurz Park next week in honor of its boutique condominium project 554 East 82nd Street, located between York Avenue and East End Avenue.

The event will be held by the building’s exclusive sales agent Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers International, star of Bravo TV’s Emmy-nominated hit series Million Dollar Listing New York. The event will be held Sunday, June 14th from 12-2pm. Attendees can enjoy pizza in the park and tour the luxury boutique building before/after.

Ryan Serhant, vice president of Nest Seekers International, a brokerage for residential and vacation properties, stands for a photo at the 99 John Deco Lofts condo building in New York, U.S., on Friday, July 30, 2010. In March, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) agreed to insure mortgages made at the 442-unit conversion project, allowing buyers to acquire an apartment with a down payment of as little as 3.5 percent. The development had 10 units go into contract with FHA backing, but the agency suspended its support for the building on August 3. Looking to place more new pets into new homes, Bohemia Realty Group is hosting the second of four 2015 Pet Adoption Fairs on Saturday, June 27, from Noon to 4 p.m. in front of its offices at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd, between 113th and 114th Streets.
It will be the third event that the boutique brokerage is hosting in partnership with The Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals and Bide-a-wee.

“There are many pet-friendly neighborhoods throughout the city, but with Harlem and Upper Manhattan you have access to an assortment of lush, beautiful parks and larger apartments which are ideal for our pets,” says Sarah Saltzberg, co-founder of Bohemia Realty Group.

Joining in the festivities this time will be on-site dog trainers and pet daycare service providers from such Harlem-based businesses as Doggedly Devoted, Paw Prints of Harlem and Nirvana Tails. In addition, there will be give-aways, introducing samples and information about new products and services. And celebrating human children of all ages, Lenore of The Cheeky Chipmunk is returning with her popular face-painting artistry.

Bohemia has also scheduled additional pet adoption drives Saturday, July 25th and Saturday, August 29th.
More information on pet adoption is available at www.animalalliancenyc.org.

Macklowe Properties sold out its 150 East 72nd Street condominium last week with an $8.75 million deal on a four bedroom.
Juliette Janssens, Allison Koffman, and Jackie Rohrbach of Sotheby’s International Realty led the sales efforts for the residences.

“We are delighted to reach this milestone and close on the final unit at 150 East 72nd Street,” said Janssens. “With such a beautiful product to offer the market, our clients were instantly drawn to the ‘old meets new’ charm of the residences.” added Koffman.
