NAI James E. Hanson t has been hired by Southpole, LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for 222 Bridge Plaza South, a seven-story, 108,118 s/f office building in Fort Lee, N.J.
Currently, 54,784 s/f are available for lease at 222 Bridge Plaza South.
Associate Vice President Darren M. Lizzack, MSRE and Senior Associate Randy Horning will oversee this assignment.
The building offers three levels of covered parking, two air-conditioning units on each floor and a backup gas generator. Its floorplates allow for divisions that range from 1,500 to 18,261 s/f.
