Halstead Real Estate announced a new partnership with GeoCV, a New York based PropTech startup and the only reality capture solution, leveraging 3D-enabled smartphones to produce the Virtual Open House.
The partnership will include a suite of real estate visual marketing tools, from high fidelity 3D+360° photorealistic walkthroughs with textured floor plans, to professional photos and virtual staging.
Halstead and GeoCV launched their collaboration with a custom product for 116 Premium Point, a private estate on a nearly three-acre peninsula surrounded by the Long Island Sound, in Westchester.
GeoCV created a virtual tour integrating a 3D aerial model, shot with drone technology, stitched with contextual exterior alignment, and one click into the 3D+360° interior walkthrough.
The final product offers potential buyers the opportunity to experience the entire estate interactively from a bird’s eye view, showcasing the exterior – grounds, private beach, boat dock, swimming pool and terraces – as well as the 23,000 s/f interior.
