Prominent acupuncturist, author and spiritual counselor Abdi Assadi has signed a 10-year, 780 s/f lease at ATCO Properties & Management’s 381 Park Avenue South to establish his new Manhattan headquarters.
The spiritual advisor, author of “Shadows on the Path,” will be moving from 27 West 20th Street to the 11th floor at the 17-story art deco property, located on the Southeast corner of 27th Street in mid-September.
“We are pleased to welcome Abdi Assadi to our building, whose practice will make a strong addition to our health and wellness roster,” said Kate Goodman, co-president of ATCO, who noted that 8,332 s/f are currently available at the property.
Peter Goldich of ATCO represented the property owner/manager while Eric Fisher of Easy Street Properties represented the tenant. Asking rents were $55 psf.
