RICS is pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural RICS Americas Awards 2023, designed to celebrate the achievements of individuals, teams and organizations within the Americas while showcasing their great work on the world stage.
“We are pleased to recognize the deserving winners of these esteemed awards,” said Ann Gray FRICS,
President, RICS. “Much time and consideration was given to the selection of our five winners. Each winner has represented an unwavering commitment not only to their own initiatives, but to this industry as a whole. We could not be more proud to be associated with each of these organizations.”
The RICS Awards recognize the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate,
construction and infrastructure. Winners of this year’s awards include CSV Valuation Services
Consulting, Lisa McIntyre, Turton Bond, Canada ICI and Google Bay View, Turner & Townsend.
CSV Valuation Services Consulting has been chosen as the winner of the Valuation Award. With a team
characterized by incredible talent of the next generation, their services are more prevalent than ever.
Recognized as Emerging Achiever of The Year, Lisa McIntyre has been proven to embrace the
introduction of new technologies and is a huge proponent of giving back, namely relating to DEI initiatives. She formed the DEI Council and the Women in Linesight Group.
With an increasingly strong presence on social media, Turton Bond has set the standard for charitable
donations, earning them the Construction Award. They have also been acknowledged for their commitment to DEI initiatives, something that is highly valued, but lacking in the construction industry.
Canada ICI, a leader in social impact, has won the award for Commercial Real Estate & Facilities
Management.
Largely regarded as one of the most environmentally advanced developments in North America, Google
Bay View, has been clearly researched and understood by Turner & Townsend. Recognized for their
professionalism, timeliness and unique input, Turner & Townsend has been selected as the recipient of
the Environmental Impact Award.
