Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged two deals totaling 16,000 s/f at 600-608 DeGraw Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn Fencing took 11,000 s/f in a relocation lease at 600 DeGraw Street, and South Brooklyn Crossfit signed a new, 5,000 s/f lease at 608 DeGraw Street.
Brooklyn Fencing offers group and private Olympic-style fencing instruction for children and adults. The studio relocated to 600 DeGraw Street from a 6,000 SF space, as it needed more space for its expanding operations. Allison Chambers of KDA represented the owner, 600-608 DeGraw LLC, in the deal, while Jean Cook, also of KDA, represented the tenant.
South Brooklyn Crossfit is opening a second location at 608 DeGraw Street; the company also occupies 5,000 square feet at 597 DeGraw Street. Allison Chambers represented the tenant and the owner.
