Eastern Consolidated has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for a 1,400 s/f retail space with 1,400 s/f lower level at 259 5th Avenue.
The offering, on a prime corner of Fifth Avenue and Garfield Place, is at the base of a three-story mixed-use building. It has a fully built-out restaurant, vented kitchen, equipped bar, three walk-in boxes and prep space in the lower level, high ceilings, and an outdoor café.
