The downtown boutique brokerage Eychner Associates has joined Prudential Douglas Elliman’s 51 East 10th Street office, the company announced.
The firm is led by Robert Eychner, who has owned the company since 1986. The firm has closed over $1 billion in sales and leases in 25 years. It is active in residential properties, retail, hotel and investment sales. According to the firm’s website, it has 16 brokers and previously had an office at 10 Christopher Street.
“My team and I are thrilled to join the impressive group of agents at Prudential Douglas Elliman,” said Eychner in a statement. “I have always admired their organization and I am confident this will be a long and successful partnership for everyone.”
Eychner was previously president of the New York Council of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, and is currently a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
