EXR Group, a Brooklyn-based real estate brokerage, announced that it is expanding into the commercial market by opening EXR Commercial.
Former BondNY broker Richard Zangrillo has brought his team across the East River to help launch the new commercial division at EXR Group.
“We are opening our commercial division at this time in response to our landlords’ requests. Our landlords want us to bring their commercial spaces to market and we saw the opportunity to do so with Zangrillo’s help,” said Mario Faggiano, managing partner, EXR Group.
Zangrillo i has built a specialized practice in building sales and investment properties. He left BOND New York to join EXR Group. Agents Andrew Lenis and Celia Goble joined EXR Commercial with him.
“I saw a massive opportunity occurring in the Brooklyn real estate market and at EXR as well,” said Zangrillo.
Zangrillo earned a degree in Film Production in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and previously worked in film and television post-production.
