RFR Realty LLC announced that Braemar Energy Ventures, an energy venture capital firm, has signed a lease for 7,178 square feet on the 23rd floor of 350 Madison Avenue.

“Braemar Energy is one of several recently signed tenants that we’re welcoming to 350 Madison Avenue following a recently completed and substantial repositioning campaign. We’re happy to have the firm join, and enhance, our already impressive tenant roster,” said Oliver Katcher, an executive vice president at RFR who represented the firm in-house in the lease transaction.

The two-story, sky-lit lobby was redesigned to reflect RFR’s singular vision and aesthetic, and includes new creative interior landscaping, a rotating world-class arts program, currently exhibiting paintings by David Salle, and an amenity coffee bar and convenience stand. The exterior has a new two-story storefront and entry canopy that provides a strong sense of arrival and prestigious building identity.

Jonathan Schindler, of Cassidy Turley, represented Braemar Energy in the lease transaction along with colleague Christina Campanella.

Recent leasing activity in the building includes Beacon Light Capital, which signed for 7,178 square feet in the 25-story, 400,000 square foot office tower. Jones Lang LaSalle acts as leasing agent for 350 Madison Avenue.
