Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group have been awarded the exclusive agency for 80 Wooster Street, between Spring and Broome Street.

Currently occupied by Christopher Fischer Cashmere, the space has its own interior elevator and contains approximately 4,300 s/f at ground level, approximately 2,000 square feet at the lower-level selling space with offices, and an estimated 40 feet of frontage.

Neighboring businesses encompass everything from fashion to furnishings, including Chanel, Burberry, Longchamp, Mulberry, Theory, Maje, Sandro, Tiffany & Co., Design Within Reach, The Rug Company and Dwell Studio.

“Soho gets even more glamorous boutiques by the day,” said Consolo.

“We are seeing a continuance of designer brands in endless categories flocking to stores like 80 Wooster Street. Just as importantly, this store is beautifully built out with highly visible space.”

Added Aquino, “We are responsible for dozens of leases in this area and have literally re-created blocks over the years. Wooster and Spring represent the heart of Soho and where you’ll find as many shoppers and residents on the streets, as tourists.”
